Hardware comprises a main control unit, a series port unit, a power management unit, an Ethernet control unit, a USB debugging unit and a storage unit. According to the adapter, MODBUS network equipment is connected into a full internet manufacturing network based on IPv6. According to the implementation method of the adapter, interconnection of the MODBUS equipment and the full internet manufacturing network is completed. An information model mapping module is constructed, MODBUS information is converted into an XMPP and TR069 information stream, and it is ensured that data formats are kept consistent. According to the adapter, the MODBUS equipment is uniformly monitored and managed through the full internet manufacturing network based on IPv6.
