Abstract

The repair process comprises a step a) of removing material dust and metal dust on the surface of a grinding roller and on the matched surface of a lining plate; a step b) of performing surface pretreatment process on the surfaces of the grinding roller and the lining plate, removing a fatigue layer on the surface until metal luster appears on the surface, and then using absolute ethyl alcohol to clean the surface; a step c) of mixing a repair material; a step d) of evenly coating the surface of the grinding roller and the lining plate with the repair material; a step e) of coating the matched surface of the lining plate with a release agent; and a step f) of installing the lining plate and adding a fastening force to a preset standard moment.
