Abstract

The invention discloses a blood sugar concentration detection method and device based on a polarized light magneto-optic effect. The method comprises the following steps: on the basis of the magneto-optic deflection effect, a sample test tube filled with a blood sugar solution is placed into a magnetic cavity formed by a magnetic confinement body, the rotary light deflection angle is increased under the action of a magnetic confinement body, and light intensity of light passing through a polarization analyzer is detected by a light intensity meter; the light intensity in case of the existence of the sample test tube in the magnetic cavity is enabled to be consistent with the light intensity in case of the absence of the sample test tube in the magnetic cavity through a rotary polarization analyzer, and a deflection angle of the polarization analyzer is measured, thus realizing detection of the blood sugar concentration in the sample test tube.
