Abstract

The method includes: initializing application recommendation lists; initializing the first and second application recommendation lists to enable the first application recommendation list contains multiple applications and the second application recommendation list to be empty; performing random assignment reordering to randomly generate one random number between 0 to 1 by using random function, randomly taking out one application from the first application recommendation list to be allocated to the second application recommendation list when the random function is smaller than preset random exposure probability prior to placing the applications sequentially and then performing next random assignment reordering once again; directing performing the next random assignment reordering when the random function is greater than the preset random exposure probability till the application contained in the first application recommendation list is empty; sequentially recommending the applications in the second application recommendation list to users.
