Abstract

The invention provides a group control heat pump-based power fluctuation stabilizing method and system for a micro-grid tie line in the technical field of electric and thermal combined micro-grids. The method comprises the steps of determining to-be-opened or closed electric heat pump serial number intervals according to a power smoothing target of the micro-grid tie line; sorting the state switching priority of electric heat pumps in two serial number intervals on the basis of the user comfort, calculating state switching duration of various sorted electric heat pumps of which the on-off states are switched, if the duration is smaller than a lower limit of the state switching duration of each electric heat pump, keeping the electric heat pump in an original running state, and or else, carrying out on-off state switching on the electric heat pumps and stabilizing partial power fluctuation; and finally stabilizing the remaining power fluctuation, stabilizing a high-frequency component after first-order filtering through output of a storage battery and carrying out output distribution on a low-frequency component in the electric heat pumps and the storage battery for stabilization. Inhibition of renewable energy power fluctuation is achieved on the premise of ensuring that room temperature of a user is in a reasonable range.
