Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of magnetic coupling wireless charging, particularly discloses an electric vehicle dynamic wireless charging system for restraining power fluctuation through magnetic integration, and provides a magnetic integration structure which comprises an integrated reverse coil reversely connected with a transmitting coil in series and an integrated inductance coil connected in a receiver compensation circuit. The integrated reverse coil can reduce mutual inductance change caused by charging distance or misalignment, stable equivalent mutual inductance between the receiving coil and the transmitting coil on a road is achieved, suppression of power fluctuation in an EVDWC system is achieved, and the integrated inductance coil achieves compactness of a coupler and zero voltage switching (ZVS) condition configuration. The integrated inductance coil replaces an external heavy compensation inductor in the LCC resonance compensation network, and in addition, the total input impedance of the system is micro-inductive, so that the inverter can work under the ZVS condition; the invention provides a parameter design method of the coupler, which not only can effectively restrain output power fluctuation, but also realizes better ZVS working conditions.
