This invention discloses a combined device for the recycling of acid and alkali
wastewater for acid and alkali production based on pulsed
energy recovery and ultra-efficient concentration. The device includes a
nanofiltration desalination unit, a pre-
concentrator unit, a bipolar membrane /
electrodialysis unit, a post-
concentrator unit, a high-pressure
reverse osmosis membrane unit, and an
electrical control system. Each of the
nanofiltration desalination unit,
concentrator unit, and high-pressure
reverse osmosis membrane unit comprises a feed water pump, a security filter, a high-pressure pump, a
reverse osmosis membrane or
nanofiltration membrane module, a circulation pump, an
energy storage tank
assembly, a pulse generation unit, a flow sensor, and a
pressure sensor. This device is applied in the field of
wastewater treatment. The working medium is pre-treated acid and alkali
wastewater. Membrane
filtration is used for material
desalination and concentration, while the bipolar membrane /
electrodialysis unit generates the acid and alkali. The combination of the
energy storage tank and pulse generation enables pressure
energy recovery on the high-pressure side of the membrane unit. The membrane unit employs periodic pulsed traveling wave
filtration to reduce deposits on the
membrane surface, improve device operating efficiency, reduce operating costs, and turn waste into treasure.
