The automatic impedance matching apparatus comprises an impedance matching network, a transmitting end LC resonance coil, a detection module and a control unit, wherein the impedance matching network comprises a plurality of impedance matching branches for selection; the transmitting end LC resonance coil is connected to the rear end of the impedance matching network in parallel; the detection module is used for measuring the input impedance of the transmitting end LC resonance coil; and the control unit is connected between the detection module and the impedance matching network, the control unit is used for calculating the input impedance measured by the detection module, under the condition that the input impedance of the transmitting end LC resonance coil is in conjugate match with the internal resistance of a power amplifier, an impedance matching parameter for the transmitting end LC resonance coil is calculated, and the impedance matching branch corresponding to the impedance matching parameter in the impedance matching network is connected to the transmitting end LC resonance coil.
