The invention discloses a microbial composite pesticide which is prepared from 90-94 parts by mass of microbial fermentation mixed liquid and 6-10 parts by mass of synergists, wherein the microbial fermentation mixed liquid is prepared from bacillus thuringiensis fermentation liquid, bacillus subtilis fermentation liquid, bacillus amyloliquefaciens fermentation liquid, bacillus cereus fermentationliquid, bacillus megatherium fermentation liquid, bacillus licheniformis fermentation liquid and bacillus polymyxa fermentation liquid; and the synergists are prepared from diethyl aminoethyl hexanoate, calcium acetate, zinc sulfate, ammonium nitrate, chitosan, tea saponin and urea. The microbial composite pesticide disclosed by the invention has the advantages that strains of different bacterialgenera are mixed, and different bacterial genera have selectivity to different plant diseases and insect pests, so that multiple plant diseases and insect pests can be prevented; the microbial composite pesticide especially has better prevention and treatment effects on multiple insects of lepidoptera, orthoptera, diptera, coleoptera, hemiptera, hymenoptera and ephemeroptera; and pests are not easy to produce drug resistance, natural enemies of the pests are protected, and the ecological environment is effectively balanced.
