Abstract

The system comprises a belting mechanism, a heating device, a cooling device and a wire collection device, which are successively arranged. A wire successively passes through the belting mechanism, the heating device and the cooling device. The end part of the wire is fixedly connected with the wire collection mechanism. The wire collection mechanism drives the wire to move. The belting mechanism winds a belt on the surface of the wire, wherein hot melt adhesive is arranged on the bottom face of the belt. The heating device heats the belt wound on the wire so as to allow the hot melt adhesive to be fused. The cooling device then cools to solidify the hot melt adhesive. Thus, after the heating device heats the belt, the hot melt adhesive on the back of the belt is fused, so the belt is adhered to the wire, and then the cooling device rapidly cools the belt and the hot melt adhesive.
