The compressor, the four-way valve, the indoor heat exchanger, the throttling element and the first outdoor heat exchanger are sequentially connected to form a refrigerant heating cycle pipeline; the air conditioning system further comprises a throttling valve and a second outdoor heat exchanger which are connected between the first outdoor heat exchanger and an air suction port of the compressor; the throttling valve is connected between the first outdoor heat exchanger and the second outdoor heat exchanger; the first outdoor heat exchanger is connected between the compressor and the indoor heat exchanger by a pipeline so as to form a refrigerant defrosting pipeline; a first valve is connected between an exhaust port of the compressor and the indoor heat exchanger; a second valve is connected between the exhaust port of the compressor and the first outdoor heat exchanger.
