The method includes the following steps: establishing an image reconstruction geometry model which includes a projection model based on radiation ray tracking and an anti-projection model which is based on reconstruction point tracking; establishing a weight field of the image reconstruction geometry model, providing a symmetrical structure of the image reconstruction geometry model, in combination with a rotation reconstruction point dispersion model under a scanning mode, summing up forward modeling and back modeling as an interpolation and sampling process on a projection plane; an image reconstructing the symmetrical structure properties of a dispersion geometry model in which the forward modeling and back modeling at different projection angles have the same computing which is simplified to accelerate the reconstruction; based on the symmetrical weight field and rotation reconstruction points, establishing a fast image reconstruction method. According to the invention, by using the method herein, fast reconstruction of computer tomography technology is realized, and high precision images can be reconstructed fast in the fields such as medical CT, work damage-free detection and geological exploration.
