The invention provides an intelligent water-acquiring method comprising the steps of: acquiring the physiological feature data of a user through a physiological feature collector when a user-triggered water-acquiring request is received; finding a corresponding user account based on the physiological feature data and determining whether or not the user has the water-acquiring authority according to the user account information and the water-acquiring request; and if the user has the water-acquiring authority, opening a corresponding water outlet valve according to a water usage type included in the water-acquiring request for the user to acquire water. The present invention also provides an intelligent system. The water-acquiring method does not need to use a voucher such as a magnetic card or the like, determines the authority directly through the user physiological characteristic data, and open the water outlet valve to supply the water when determining that the user has the water-acquiring authority. The authority judgment through user's biological feature also avoids imposture cases due to the losing of a water-acquiring voucher, is beneficial to the water-acquiring management, and guarantees people's property safety.
