Abstract

The invention discloses a criminal case aid decision making method based on a fuzzy deep belief network. The method comprises steps of: establishing a vector model describing a case according to a legal document and a measurement of penalty method; establishing an appropriate deep neural network structure according to the complexity of a judged problem; optimizing a model parameter by using supervised and unsupervised learning methods in virtue of a known plus or minus judgment relation; and performing modeling by using the neural network and predicting the judgment result of a judge. The method can guarantee the objectivity and the fairness of case trial and improves trial efficiency.
