Problems solved by technology

The salt treatment method is to add NaCl to HPC to reduce its LCST. Although this method can reduce the LCST of HPC, its disadvantage is that when the temperature rises to 45 degrees Celsius, the polymer will polymerize in the salt solution and form a precipitate. , thus losing the properties of polymer solution

Abstract

The invention relates to a temperature-sensitive material synthesized by tungsten-doped vanadium dioxide and a synthesis method of the temperature-sensitive material. The method comprises the following steps of (S1) preparing a base solution from tungsten-doped vanadium dioxide; (S2) mixing the base solution with hydroxymethyl cellulose at the mass ratio of (1:8) to (1:15) to obtain a comprehensive solution; (S3) dissolving the comprehensive solution and water into water at the mass ratio of (1:10) to (1:20) to obtain a water solution of the comprehensive solution; and (S4) treating the water solution of the comprehensive solution to obtain the temperature-sensitive material. Change of the hydroxymethyl cellulose LCST is synchronously achieved by using crystal form changes of the tungsten-doped vanadium dioxide at different temperatures for the characteristics of the hydroxymethyl cellulose, so that different light transmittance is caused and the target of reducing the hydroxymethyl cellulose LCST to 32-35 DEG C is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of temperature-sensitive materials, in particular to a temperature-sensitive material synthesized by using tungsten-doped vanadium dioxide and a synthesis method thereof. Background technique [0002] Temperature-sensitive materials refer to the phenomenon that different light transmittances will be produced as the temperature changes. The main reason is that the structure of the material changes at different temperatures. The key point temperature for structural changes is LCST, hydroxymethyl cellulose (HPC) is a common temperature-sensitive material with an LCST of around 45°C. Most of the existing temperature-sensitive materials are realized according to the characteristics of the temperature-sensitive materials themselves, and their LCST is generally related to their own structural characteristics. Such as HPC, its LCST is around 35 degrees Celsius. At present, the main method to reduce its LCST is salt treatmen...
