Benefits of technology

This patented technology helps create an improved way of utilization of high temperatures found within rocks that have been drilled by traditional methods such as water or steam exploration techniques. It allows separate sections of drillings and complements to work together more efficiently with each other without affecting their overall performance. Additionally, it simplifies the procedure used when replacing pipes after they're being installed due to its ability to control how much energy flows through them compared to existing systems. Overall, this innovation improves thermal resource management capabilities while reducing operational cost.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed by this patents relates to improving the efficiency and cost effectiveness of exploring underground warm waters (unfired or overheated) during resource discovery operations such as hydraulic prospecting. Current solutions require expensive equipment like drill rigs and drills, which can lead to increased risk due to environmental concerns associated with these processes.

Abstract

The invention provides a well body structure and method for exploiting geothermal resources of dry-hot rock and belongs to the field of geothermal resource development. According to the well body structure and method for exploiting the geothermal resources of the dry-hot rock, the heat exploiting efficiency can be greatly improved, and the heat loss in the heat exploiting process is reduced. The well body structure comprises a conventional drilling well-completion section and an ultra high temperature stratum drilling well-completion section; the conventional drilling well-completion section extends from the ground to a dry-hot rock heat insulation layer and comprises a surface layer sleeve and a technical sleeve arranged inside the surface layer sleeve; the surface layer sleeve is located at the top end of a well hole, and a surface layer cement ring is fixedly sealed between the surface layer sleeve and the well hole; the technical sleeve is located at one end inside the dry-hot rock heat insulation layer, and a technical cement ring is arranged between the technical sleeve and the surface layer sleeve; the ultra high temperature stratum drilling well-completion section extends from the dry-hot rock heat insulation layer into the dry-hot rock; an upper heat insulation and exploiting pipe is arranged inside the technical sleeve of the conventional drilling well-completion section; a lower heat insulation and exploiting pipe and a heat conducting and transferring pipe which are sequentially connected are arranged in the ultra high temperature stratum drilling well-completion section; and the upper heat insulation and exploiting pipe and the lower heat insulation and exploiting pipe are connected through a flow channel variable controller.
