The method comprises the steps that a temperature deviation value and a difference value are acquired according to temperature measured values of a work module of equipment; an incremental output value of the work module is determined according to the temperature deviation value and the difference value; a fan speed corresponding to the work module is determined according to the incremental output value, wherein the incremental output value comprises the content of judging whether a temperature change rate exceeds a first speed change threshold value according to the difference value; and when the temperature change rate is greater than or equal to the first speed change threshold value, the incremental output value is determined according to an initial fan incremental value and differential item parameters. Through the embodiment, the incremental output value can be determined according to the initial fan incremental value when the temperature change rate is small, the incremental output value can be determined by introducing the differential item parameters when the temperature change rate is large, and then the fan speed is determined; therefore, smooth regulation of the fan speed is realized under a reasonable power consumption level, power consumption is lowered, and noise pollution is reduced.
