Abstract

The invention discloses an exosome serving as a mesenchymal stem cell source and having an anti-cancer effect and a medicinal preparation thereof. The medicinal preparation is prepared from the exosome serving as the mesenchymal stem cell source by loading compounds; the compounds are pyridine imidazole organic compounds with a structure in the following general formula; and loading means import of the compounds into the exosome. An experimental result shows that the exosome serving as the mesenchymal stem cell source can inhibit proliferation of hepatoma carcinoma cells both in vivo and in vitro, but is relatively weak in inhibiting effect; however, after the exosome serving as the mesenchymal stem cell source is subjected to loading of the compounds CM1 to 6, the inhibiting effect on proliferation of hepatoma carcinoma cells in vivo and in vitro is obviously improved, the medicine effect is excellent, and the exosome serving as the mesenchymal stem cell source can be used for preparing a medicament for treating the liver cancer.
