The system comprises a voice prompter and a prompting feedback sensor (13); the voice prompter comprises a controller (10) as well as a voice module (8), a position sensor (6), a timer (9) and a wireless connector (4) which all communicate with the controller (10). The system can be used for prompting children to wash hands when the children enter some doors, prompting the elderly to take medicines, and prompting medical personnel to pay attention to the hygiene of their hands before and after aseptic operation. Compared with the prior art, the working modes of the system of the invention are diverse. The system will stop a prompting function when receiving the feedback of successful prompting, and therefore, with the medical care and hygiene voice prompting system adopted, prompting events can be implemented actually, related behaviors can be standardized, and remote adjustment and monitoring of the prompting events can be realized.
