The input end of a direct instantaneous torque controller receives a given rotating speed; a state error is solved according to the input given rotating speed and a fed back actual rotating speed; a fuzzy PI rotating speed regulator performs composite control algorithm processing through fuzzy control and PI regulation; by virtue of addition of an integral item, steady-state error of the system can be eliminated effectively, and the stable operation of the whole speed regulating system can be maintained; and on the basis of the direct instantaneous torque fuzzy PI regulation and control, automatic regulation of an opening angle is added, and by constantly regulating the changing and phase commutating process of the opening angle, current peak can be restrained, thereby improving operating efficiency of the motor.
