Abstract

The invention sets up a set of inductive coupling ocean communication system by using a transmission channel of an inductive coupling temperature-salinity-depth sensor chain as a prototype, and discloses research on channel characteristics of an inductive coupling ocean communication system on the basis of a frequency sweeping method. Amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics calculated out by a theoretical circuit model in seawater and freshwater environments are respectively compared with amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics actually measured by adopting the frequency sweeping method so as to describe the channel characteristics; and according to measured amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency curves, a square-wave signal passing through the system is reduced to verify accuracy of the amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics. The highest theoretical transmission rate of the system, which is obtained by analysis, reaches 100Kbps, and is much higher than a current transmission rate in China. Design of the system provides a new research method for evaluation of an inductive coupling channel, and provides experimental basis for improving the transmission rate of inductive coupling ocean communication.
