Abstract

The method is applied to a mobile terminal and an external device which is connected with the mobile terminal through a preset interface. The mobile terminal comprises a first application processor, a first modulator-demodulator connected with a built-in virtual subscriber identity module, and a first timer. The external device comprises a second application processor, a second modulator-demodulator connected with an entity subscriber identity module, and a second timer. When the second application processor in a wakeup state detects a data sending instruction and detects that a data packet in a sending state does not exist in the preset interface, the second application processor initializes the second timer; and when the value of the second timer is equal to or greater than first preset time, the second application processor sends a to-be-sent data packet to the first application processor in the wakeup state through the preset interface.
