The universal LED heat-dissipation vehicle lamp comprises a lamp body made from the aluminium base material, wherein a heat-dissipation part is integrally arranged at the upper end of the lamp body; a light-emitting part is arranged at the lower end of the lamp body; a plurality of installation grooves are formed in the heat-dissipation part, and penetrate through the upper part of the lamp body and extend to the light-emitting part; light-emitting bodies are arranged on the light-emitting part and in the installation grooves; a power supply accommodating groove is formed in the middle part of the upper end of the lamp body; the heat-dissipation part comprises a plurality of heat-dissipation sheets arranged in a manner of being dispersed from the lamp body to the outer side; and a heat-dissipation fan is arranged at the centre or one side of the heat-dissipation part.
