Abstract

The application discloses a transformer winding deformation and capacitance-type bushing fault detection device and method capable of controlling opening and closing of the DC control switch and the detection control switch, measuring the resonance wave, the resonance wave time and the frequency characteristic of the transformer winding. The measured resonance wave is compared with the historical resonance wave to determine whether the transformer winding is deformed or not. The partial discharge magnitude of the capacitance-type bushing is measured, and the capacitance and the dielectric dissipation factor of the capacitance-type bushing are estimated according to the resonance wave time and the frequency characteristic. The partial discharge magnitude, the capacitance and the dielectric dissipation factor are analyzed to determine whether the capacitance-type bushing has defects or not. The device and method provided by the present invention can detect the transformer winding deformation and the capacitance-type bushing fault in time to protect the transformer from being influenced by emergency.
