Abstract

The LED comprise graphene (1), PEDOT:PSS (2), PVK (3), a CsPbBr3 quantum dot (4), ZnO (5) and ITO (6). The fabrication method of the LED mainly comprises the steps of fabricating an inorganic halide perovskite quantum dot and a ZnO quantum dot; sequentially spin-coating a PEDOT:PSS solution, a PVK solution and the fabricated inorganic halide perovskite quantum dot on a graphene transparent electrode; spin-coating the fabricated ZnO quantum dot solution on an inorganic halide perovskite quantum-dot layer, and finally fabricating an ITO electrode layer on the ZnO layer by magnetron sputtering to obtain the perovskite quantum-dot LED capable of emitting light from the two surfaces. An inorganic caesium lead halide perovskite quantum dot is used as a light-emitting layer, and the transparent electrode ITO and the graphene are respectively used as a negative electrode and a positive electrode.
