The present invention provides a rice wine with effects of stomach invigorating, digestion promoting and health preserving, and a preparation method thereof, wherein the raw materials comprise, by weight, 10-20 parts of dried tangerine peel, 5-10 parts of hawthorn, 2-4 parts of dendrobium, 2-4 parts of lily, 1-3 parts of coix seed, 100-120 parts of glutinous rice, 30-40 parts of black rice, and 1-3 parts of koji, wherein the amylose content of the black rice is less than 8%, and the amylose molecule comprises 100-140 or 260-300 glucose residues. The preparation method comprises: 1) washing the dried tangerine peel, the hawthorn, the dendrobium and hericium erinaceus, crushing, and soaking with warm water to obtain an auxiliary material additive mixture; 2) rinsing the glutinous rice and the black rice, placing into clear water until completely immersing the glutinous rice and the black rice, and soaking to obtain a grain mixture ; 3) placing the auxiliary material additive mixture and the grain mixture into a steaming pot, and fumigating until the glutinous rice is cooked to obtain a ripened product; 4) cooking the ripened product, and rinsing with clear water until achieving a loose state; and 5) adding the koji to the loose ripened product, and fermenting.
