The method comprises the following steps: sinking a bed course at a position corresponding to an embedded column anchorage bar by 300 to 350nm to form a pit, the bottom side length of the pit being 500mm larger than the side length of a column; after the bed course is poured, snapping a column bar sideline on concrete of the bed course; adopting a temporary fixing bracket for the embedded column anchorage bar, and regulating the position of the bracket to position the bar within a corresponding column bar sideline range; firmly jacking the temporary fixing bracket and the bed course on the edge of the pit, and regulating the perpendicularity of the column bar through a diagonal bar; pouring concrete in the pit to be flush with the top surface of the originally designed bed course in an early stage, and after the concrete of the part has certain strength, removing the temporary fixing bracket; binding a foundation bottom plate bar, arranging a bar positioning plate again, and erecting a foundation bottom plate groove template; after foundation concrete is poured and reaches certain strength, removing the groove template.
