Concretely, a heating layer is manufactured on the flexible circuit board in the optical module by using the structural characteristics of connection of the flexible circuit board according to an optical receiving component and a printed circuit board; then the heating layer is controlled to perform heating according to the acquired temperature value of the optical module by using the processor in the optical module; and finally heating of the heating layer for the avalanche photodiode in the optical receiving component can be realized by using the mode of heat conduction to compensate the temperature change of the environment in which the avalanche photodiode is located, and finally the objective of improving performance deterioration of the avalanche photodiode under the low temperature can be achieved. According to the optical module, the receiving sensitivity of the optical module under the low temperature can be improved by additionally arranging the heating layer on the flexible circuit board without changing the structure or the components of the optical receiving component so that the optical module has the advantages of being simple in structure and convenient to implement.
