Abstract

The invention provides a configurable FFT / IFFT protocol processor based on a mixed base, which is aimed at achieving configurable processing of channel data and signal data, and FFT / IFFT calculation of an arbitrary combination point number of base 2, base 3 and base 5. The configurable FFT / IFFT protocol processor based on the mixed base consists of a configuration parameter module, an assembly line FFT / IFFT processing module, and a storage buffer module. The assembly line FFT / IFFT processing module receives an input butterfly arithmetic unit number and cut parameter of the configuration parameter module, wherein selection of the cut parameter is controlled by the type of the input data, to achieve the configuration of the channel data and the signal data; then the assembly line FFT / IFFT processing module carries on the FFT / IFFT calculation of the arbitrary combination point number of base 2, base 3 and base 5 by adopting the butterfly arithmetic unit number and the cut parameter, and stores the calculation result in the storage buffer module; finally, the assembly line FFT / IFFT processing module outputs the FFT / IFFT calculation result which is applied to wireless communication, digital communication, and high-speed image processing.
