When overcurrent comes, an output current regulating circuit is started to adjust a start voltage of an instruction power supply electronic switch, thereby realizing an over-current protection function for a space computer instruction power supply; when instruction load has fault or is short circuited, the output current of the instruction power supply can be limited within a safety range; by adjusting a current sampling circuit, overcurrent protection points can be set to meet different space computer load requirements; after over-current factors are eliminated, acquisition voltage on the current sampling circuit gets smaller, the instruction power supply electronic switch is allowed to restore to normal opening and closing autonomously, and function and performance of a space computer are not influenced, thereby ensuring that a drive circuit is not burnt out under the condition of short circuit of the spacecraft instruction load; and instruction power supply and instruction signals can be released synchronously, thereby preventing long-time power up of the power supply, preventing release of wrong instructions under an idle state and ensuring safety of the spacecraft instruction power supply link.
