Abstract

The detection device comprises a spectrophotometer, an acoustic levitation apparatus and an auxiliary positioning device. According to the no-clean detection device, by an ultrasonic levitation technology, a to-be-detected sample is levitated in the air, wherein the to-be-detected sample is placed at an ultrasonic standing wave stabilizing center by the auxiliary positioning device. Absorption or transmittance of the to-be-detected sample can be measured by spectrophotometer so as to complete substance color characteristic measurement of the sample. After measurement is completed, recovery and cleaning of the to-be-detected sample can be completed by an absorption device.
