The liquid level detection and control device comprises a float switch, an inflowing water pressure sensor, an amplitude and frequency sensor, a pulse width mode setting unit and a liquid level control unit, wherein the float switch and pulse width mode setting unit are connected with the liquid level control unit; the amplitude and frequency sensor and the inflowing water pressure sensor are connected with the pulse width mode setting unit; the liquid level control unit is used for receiving first signals and pulse width signals input by the float switch, eliminating signal fluctuation of the float switch according to pulse width signals to acquire second signals and controlling water inflowing or discharging according to the second signals. Electrical signal fluctuation, caused by liquid level fluctuation, of the float switch can be eliminated through the pulse width signals, accordingly, the liquid level state can be recognized accurately, and influence of liquid level fluctuation on liquid level control is eliminated.
