Abstract

The invention provides a method for chemiluminescent immunodetection of aflatoxin B1 in baby rice flour. The method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreatment of a sample: diluting baby rice flour with water to obtain a sample solution with a concentration of 5% and hermetically maintaining moisture in the sample solution at 37 DEG C for subsequent usage; (2) preparing aflatoxin B1 antigen AFB1-BSA; (3) preparing acridinium ester-labeled aflatoxin B1 antigen AFB1-BSA-AE; (4) establishing a standard curve; (5) introducing the sample solution and carrying out immunoreaction determination; and (6) reading values and carrying out quantification. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of low detecting limit, high sensitivity, rapidness, convenience and low cost and is applicable to detection of aflatoxin B1 in baby food, such as rice flour.
