The data reading module reads all existing data information on a storage medium in the cellphone; the data addressing module conducts a ROOT operation on the cell phone, a DB file of a database in the cell phone is read, the central processing unit seeks all tables existing in the DB file and navigation pages and data pages which correspond to all the tables, and whether deleted data exists in the data pages of all the tables or not is judged; if yes, recovering is conducted through the data recovery unit. Accordingly, the structure is simple, data recovery is complete and high in efficiency, and effective help can be provided for judicial evidence collection and actual work demands directly.
