The method comprises: receiving detection doctor's advice information sent from a doctor terminal; respectively encrypting each section of the doctor's advice information, generating a plurality of pieces of secret key information; respectively converting each piece of secret key information to a two-dimensional bar code by using a two-dimensional code encoder; selecting any two-dimensional bar code in the plurality of two-dimensional bar codes as a carrier, using a digital watermark technology to embed other two-dimensional bar codes into the carrier, to generate a detection bar code in which the plurality of two-dimensional bar codes are combined, controlling a bar code machine to print the detection bar code; when each detection bar code has corresponding primary start status bar information and primary end status bar information, receiving detection result data of all detection devices, and generating a detection report and sending the report to a user terminal and a doctor terminal.
