A transformer-substation magnetic field energy taking apparatus comprises a multi-turn copper coil used for sensing a voltage and outputting electric energy, a C-shaped first-segment magnetic core and a C-shaped second-segment magnetic core. The first-segment magnetic core is oppositely arranged to the second-segment magnetic core, and an air gap is arranged between the first-segment magnetic core and the second-segment magnetic core. The apparatus can be installed on a flat lead so as to provide electric energy for an electric appliance.
