The ABS resin is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 65-94 parts of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin, 5-25 parts of heat-proof agent, 1-10 parts of matte masterbatch and 0.1-1 part of accessory ingredient. Compared with the prior art, the low-gloss heat-proof ABS resin is characterized in that the matte masterbatch which takes large particle size HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene) as a main body is added into the heat-proof ABS resin, the compatibility of the HIPS and the ABS is improved through SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) flexibilizer and the compatilizer of a core-shell structure, surface gloss is obviously lowered on a premise that the toughness is not affected, cost is relatively low, and the low-gloss heat-proof ABS resin can be applied to automobile interior trim parts which have a matte requirement.
