The method comprises the following steps that a white list database is established; a detection device and a to-be-detected android device are connected through a data line; the detection device calls information of the to-be-detected android device through ADB, and if the information of the to-be-detected android device cannot be called, a USB debugging mode of the to-be-detected android device is enabled; the detection device retrieves the information and APPs of the to-be-detected android device through the ADB; all the retrieved APPs in the to-be-detected device are copied to the detection device through the ADB; the detection device performs comprehensive and deep security detection on all the copied APPs in a manner of checking the white list database; and the detection device returns a detection result, and after confirmation by a customer, all copied data is deleted through the detection device. According to the method, the technical problem of lack of the method for performing quick and secure detection on the android device on the premise of not causing any change of the to-be-detected android device at present is solved.
