Abstract

The invention discloses a coaxial profile-followed focusing system which can ensure an optimal focusing state, does not need early modeling and is high in closed-loop tracking control and response speed. The coaxial profile-followed focusing system comprises a beam expanding device, a beam splitter, a beam converging device, a photoelectric detector, a servo mechanism and a closed-loop control circuit. The beam converging device and the beam expanding device are coaxial. The servo mechanism drives the beam expanding device, the beam splitter and the photoelectric detector to move back and force in the axis direction of the beam expanding direction and the axis direction of the beam converging device so that focusing state error value compensation can be conducted. According to the coaxial profile-followed focusing system provided by the invention, light rays are gathered on the surface of a workpiece through the beam expanding device and the beam converging device which are arranged coaxially, scattered light transmitted reversely is generated on the surface of the workpiece, converged through the beam converging device and reflected to the photoelectric detector through the beam splitter. The focusing state of a converged light beam on the surface of the workpiece is determined by the closed-loop control circuit according to the light intensity received by the photoelectric detector, and the servo mechanism is driven to move back and forth to compensate the focusing state error value till the error value is zero.
