Abstract

The invention relates to a surface plasmon resonance sensor chip for water phase detection of estrodiol and a preparation method of the chip, and belongs to the field of surface plasmon resonance sensor chips. The surface plasmon resonance sensor chip consists of a glass substrate, a gold film layer, a self-assembly monomolecular layer, a chain transfer reagent molecular layer and a molecularly imprinted polymer film layer, wherein the chain transfer reagent molecular layer is formed by combining a chain transfer reagent and the self-assembly monomolecular layer by a coupling reagent; and the molecularly imprinted polymer film layer is formed by grafting on the surface of the chain transfer reagent molecular layer by utilizing ultraviolet light initiation. The method effectively solves the problem of weak binding force of a molecularly imprinted polymer film to a target molecule in a water environment; no additional photoinitiator or catalyst is added in a preparation process of the chip; the preparation process is simple and controllable; and the chip is stable in chemical property, good in selectivity, easy to store and reusable.
