Abstract

The present invention discloses a production method and system of a worn barcode. The method includes the following steps that: a barcode image is acquired, the barcode image is preprocessed, the barcode image and a source barcode symbol are located; a rectangular carrying plate is generated with barcode image width and barcode image height adopted as thresholds; a wear parameter is set, wherein the wear parameter comprises a noise ratio; the number of noise points is calculated according to the barcode symbol width, barcode symbol height and noise ratio; and a prime number list is generated, the coordinate values of the noise points are calculated according to the barcode symbol width, the barcode symbol height and the number of the noise points; pixels corresponding to the source barcode symbol are set to be gray according to the coordinate values of the noise points, so that a worn barcode symbol can be generated; and the worn barcode symbol is outputted to the rectangular carrying plate, so that a worn barcode image can be generated. With the method adopted, worn barcodes of different parameters can be produced quantitatively; and any number of worn barcodes of the same specifications can be produced repeatedly.
