Embodiment Construction

[0019] The technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and through specific implementation methods. It should be understood that the embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, but not to limit the present invention. ,

[0020] Please refer to figure 1 as shown, figure 1 A cross-sectional view of a partially fragile RFID antenna provided by the present invention.

[0021] In this embodiment, a partially fragile RFID antenna includes a PET film 1 as a base material and an antenna 2, and several connecting parts 3 and fragile parts 4 are arranged between the PET film 1 and the antenna 2, so that The connecting parts 3 and the fragile parts 4 are alternately arranged at intervals. The width of the connecting portion 3 is four times that of the fragile portion 4 . The connecting part 3 is coated with composite glue, and the composite glue is formed by mixing a main ag...

Abstract

The invention discloses an RFID antenna having frangible portions. The RFID antenna comprises a PET membrane serving as a substrate and an antenna. A plurality of connecting parts and frangible portions are arranged between the PET membrane and the antenna. The connecting parts and the frangible portions are arranged at intervals in an alternating manner. The connecting parts are formed by coating of composite glue. The composite glue is formed by mixing of a main agent, a curing agent and ethyl ester, wherein PP-5430 glue is adopted to serve as the main agent, and the specific ratio (according to a volume ratio) of the main agent to the curing agent to the ethyl ester is 4:2:9. The frangible portions are formed by mixing of frangible glue and PP-5430 glue, the specific ratio (according to a volume ratio) of the frangible glue to the PP-5430 glue being 7:3. The RFID antenna of the invention has frangible and false-proof effects. The connecting parts provide quite strong adhesive force between the antenna and the PET membrane, so a finished product of the antenna can be used directly if being produced. The quality and the performance of products are improved, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an RFID antenna, in particular to a partially fragile RFID antenna. Background technique [0002] The fragile antennas currently used in the RFID industry are conventional full-page fragile antennas. Fragile antennas are mainly used for anti-counterfeiting of cigarettes, alcohol, and medicines, and tamper-evident labels, etc., which are disposable application products. The existing fragile RFID antenna manufacturing method is first to coat a fragile coating on the product base material PET, and then make an RFID antenna through glue compounding, printing and etching processes on the fully coated fragile coating. In the end, PET becomes a transitional carrier at this time, and the fragile coating is the real carrier of the broken antenna. [0003] The existing fragile RFID antenna and its manufacturing process have the following disadvantages in the specific application process: [0004] 1) Because the fragile coating is coat...
