Abstract

The invention discloses a diving suit air-tightness detection clamping mechanism, a detection device and a detection method. The diving suit air-tightness detection clamping mechanism comprises a central processing module, an AD (Analog-to-Digital) sampling module, a DA (Digital-to-Analog) control module, a detection module and a clamping mechanism, wherein the central processing module is connected with the AD sampling module and the DA control module; the AD sampling module is connected with the detection module; the DA control module is connected with an electromagnetic directional valve; the clamping mechanism comprises a gas supply branch, a pressure loop and a clamping tool (13); the clamping tool (13) comprises an upper sealing plate (16), a lower sealing ring (19) and a cylinder (8); and the cylinder (8) is used for driving the clamping tool (13). As the cylinder is adopted as an actuator, the purposes of clamping sealing automation and detection result visualization are achieved in the air-tightness detection process of a diving suit.
