Abstract

On the premises of AGC sudden changes, multi-target detection is performed and types of signals entering a range gate currently are judged comprehensively according to relations between multiple targets and waveform entropy changes, so that conventional jamming types can be rapidly identified. The method can achieve rapid identification of multiple kinds of jamming with a small quantity of calculation and without additional circuit modules, reserves more sufficient processing time and provides bases for subsequent jamming resisting measures. The method is suitable for complex scenes with coexistence of multiple kinds of jamming, such as chaff jamming, noise jamming, range gate pulling off jamming and outboard dragging; the method has the advantages of low calculation complexity, great instantaneity and rapid and effective jamming identification; radar signal processing system hardware does not need extra circuit modules, and algorithms are simple; the method can be applied to engineering practices conveniently.
