Abstract

The active composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 70 parts of alpha-pinene, 20 to 60 parts of durene and 5 to 35 parts of heptanal. The invention further discloses a chilo suppressalis attractant prepared from the active composition and a non-volatile organic solvent and a chilo suppressalis lure which can package the chilo suppressalis attractant in a mating disruption device. The active composition disclosed by the invention can directly lure female moths and male moths of chilo suppressalis, has a higher control efficiency to the chilo suppressalis than a sex attractant, can be applied to mass trapping and killing, can remarkably reduce the number of adult chilo suppressalis, can reduce a descendant pollution density and can be applied to predicting the chilo suppressalis; the number of trapped chilo suppressalis can accurately predict chilo suppressalis population occurrence dynamic.
