Abstract

The invention discloses black waterborne ink for high-speed flexible printing. The black waterborne ink is prepared by the following process steps: 1) preparing resin liquid: dispersing the following components for 1.5h to 2.5h at a high speed in percentage by mass under the environment that the temperature is 70 DEG C to 100 DEG C: 28 percent of 33 percent of immobilized resin, 8 percent to 12 percent of MEA (Monoethanolamine), 1 percent to 2 percent of a de-foaming agent and 53 percent to 63 percent of de-ionized water; 2) preparing color paste: mixing the resin liquid prepared in step 1) with the following specific components to prepare the color paste: 21 percent to 34 percent of de-ionized water, 20 percent to 23 percent of the resin liquid, 4 percent to 6 percent of a wetting agent, 0.5 percent to 1 percent of a de-foaming agent, 20 percent to 23 percent of carbon black, 10 percent to 12 percent of nano calcium carbonate, 8.5 percent to 10 percent of the MEA and 3 percent to 4 percent of a dispersant; grinding the color paste until the size is 5 to 10 microns; 3) blending ink: taking 68 percent of the color paste in step 2), 30 percent of BASF 631 and the balance of an auxiliary agent; uniformly mixing the color paste with the BASF 631; adding the auxiliary agent and stirring and dispersing to prepare a product.
