Abstract

Supporting frames are arranged at the bottom of the tank. A feeding inlet is formed in one side of the top of the tank. A discharging outlet is formed in the position, between the supporting frames, of the bottom of the tank. A motor is arranged at the top of the tank through a framework. A rotary shaft is arranged in the tank. The upper end of the rotary shaft penetrates through the top of the tank to be fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor. A plurality of stirring rods are arranged on the side surface of the rotary shaft. A plurality of spray nozzles are arranged on one side of the tank at equal intervals, and one ends of the spray nozzles penetrate through one side of the tank to be arranged in the tank. The spray nozzles are connected through a pipe, a waste heat boiler is arranged at one end of the pipe, a filtration mechanism is arranged between the waste heat boiler and the pipe, and an air outlet is formed in the side, away from the spray nozzles, of the tank. According to the drying device provided by the invention, the materials are enabled to be in a loose state through the stirring rods, drying is facilitated, the drying speed is higher, accordingly the working efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, drying is thorough.
