The air bag includes an inner capsule, a middle capsule and an outer capsule connected in order from inside to outside. The inner capsule wraps the periphery of a cable. The middle capsule and the outer capsule are provided with a middle inflation port and an outer inflation port respectively. The middle inflation port is connected with a compressed air storage tank. The deicer also includes a controller and a pressure sensor arranged on the inner wall of the inner capsule.
