Abstract

The invention relates to an apparatus for detecting a rotary part. The apparatus herein includes a housing, a rotary part, a photoelectric sensor emitting part, a photoelectric sensor receiving part,an encoding disk, a filtering plate, a decoding apparatus and a control unit. The rotary part is provided with the photoelectric sensor receiving part thereon. The housing is provided with the photoelectric sensor emitting part, the encoding disk, the filtering plate, the decoding apparatus and the control unit therein. The encoding disk is provided with 14 stations thereon. Each station is composed of 4 pores which are disposed at different positions. The encoding disk and the filtering plate are installed between the photoelectric sensor emitting part and the photoelectric sensor receiving part. According to the invention, the apparatus can effectively prevent stations from rotating inaccurately or insufficiently in case when a proximity switch is wrong or a mechanical malfunction happens or a computer counter has faults, puts an end to secondary mechanical impact or personnel injury and incidents caused by inaccurate stations, can effectively help enterprises lower maintenance cost,and increases production efficiency and quality products.
