The fixed ring is pressed on a radial step of a valve body outlet channel through a press ring and is in static seal fit with the valve body. The floating ring is movably installed on the radial step of the valve body outlet channel on the inner side of the fixed ring throughthe press ring. An axial gap is formed between the radial step of the floating ring and the radial step in the valve body outlet channel. An annular arc groove is formed in the position, at the junction of the fixed ring and the floating ring, in the radial plane on one side of the press ring. A metal sealing membrane matched with the annular arc groove is welded in the annular arc groove.
